A hooded gunman was caught on camera shooting up the Oregon home of an insurance company CEO — who said he’d been emailed a threat with the addresses of other employees and their loved ones.

The perp sprayed SAIF CEO Chip Terhune’s house in Lake Oswego, just outside Portland, with multiple rounds at about 4 a.m. Friday — shattering the home’s glass front door, KATU reported.

A grainy CCTV image released by cops on Wednesday showed the gunman wearing “all dark clothes with a possible hoodie or ski mask” and clutching a “light-colored object.”

The suspect, thought to have fled in a car left nearby, was still on the run Thursday.

Police haven’t disclosed a motive for the shooting, which comes just months after UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was gunned down outside a New York City hotel.

But Terhune emailed the more than 1,000 staffers at SAIF — a not-for-profit providing workers comp insurance in the Beaver State — saying the gunman had only just sent a threatening email.

“We have received an email threat purporting to be from the person(s) responsible,” Terhune told staff.

“Although it does not target any specific employee, the email references knowledge of employee and relatives’ names and addresses.”

Terhune said he was working with cops and urged employees to raise any safety concerns.

“Law enforcement is working diligently to investigate this matter and asked that we not share any additional specific information about the actual email,” Terhune said.

The ordeal unfolded just months after UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was gunned down outside a New York City hotel on Dec. 4.

The accused assassin, Luigi Mangione — a 26-year-old Ivy League grad — had raged about America’s healthcare system before the killing, in which a hooded gunman was filmed stepping up and shooting the married CEO at close range.

Mangione has pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of murder, including murder as an act of terrorism, over the brazen slaying.
